Spas and therapists also need subscriptions to be listed on the platform. By using the App, you agree to the practices outlined in this policy.

- Therapists: Professional information, including your qualifications, therapy specialties, availability, spa affiliation, and payment details for subscription purposes.

We collect information about how you use the App, including interactions with spa and therapist profiles, chat usage, and session history.
2. How We Use Your Information
For Clients:
- To allow you to search for spas and therapists, view their profiles, and initiate chats when you have an active subscription.
- To communicate with you about your subscription status, updates, and any changes to your profile.
For Spas:
- To enable your spa to be listed in the client directory and connect with potential clients who have active subscriptions.
- To manage your subscription, therapist listings, and ensure your profile is up-to-date.
- To facilitate communication between your spa, therapists, and clients.
For Therapists:
- To enable you to be listed in the client directory and connect with potential clients who have active subscriptions.
- To manage your subscription and ensure your profile is up-to-date.
- To maintain and improve the functionality of the App.
- To send you relevant notifications (e.g., subscription reminders, new messages).
- To process payments for your subscription.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:
- With Service Providers: We may share necessary data with third-party service providers who assist in hosting, payment processing, and other technical services.

4. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers subscription-based access for both clients and spas/therapists. When a user subscribes, they will be charged based on the chosen subscription plan (daily, weekly, monthly).
Payments are processed via third-party payment processors such as Paymongo and we do not store payment details on our servers. Payment details are handled securely by these providers.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information, including using encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We encourage you to take precautions when using the App, such as using strong passwords.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and Update: You can update your personal information, subscription settings, and profile details directly in the App.
- Deleting Your Account: You may choose to deactivate or delete your account by contacting us or via the settings menu. Note that deactivating or deleting your account will terminate your subscription and remove your profile from being visible to others.
- Opt-Out of Notifications: You can manage your notification preferences through the App settings. You may opt out of non-essential notifications, but please note that certain notifications (e.g., subscription reminders) are necessary for account management.

Awra is not intended for use by children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
